About Premier Access

UCP offers two dental plan options to its employees: A Base plan, which has comprehensive benefits availed with three tiers of coverage; and the Buy-up plan, which also has three levels of care, but elevates the level of payment, pier tier.

Three Choices

With Premier Access, you may elect to receive care within three tiers:

• The Premier Choice network, wherein the providers are actual partners with the plan and working from within Premiers own facilities
• The Preferred Provider Network, using dentists within their own offices at significant discount off of retail charges
• Care outside of Premier outside providers. This option provides freedom of choice, but expect to have a higher out-of-pocket expense after the plan pays for benefits.
