The HR Wellness Program: “Live Well, Learn Well,” has partnered with VIVERAE—an industry leader and provider of employee health management programs, to bring you a personalized health management system.

MEDICAL PLAN PREMIUM CREDIT

All employees who participate in a Member Health Assessment (MHA) and a biometric screening within their first 60 days from date of hire are eligible for a $15 wellness credit per-pay-period towards their EPO or PPO premiums. 

The MHA and biometric screening is confidential and only intended to serve as a yardstick for individuals to measure their state of wellness and perhaps make lifestyle modifications that may increase their overall health.
