Viverae offers online wellness account that provide:

• Online tools & calculators including a food and activity tracker
• Free webinars and short health videos
• Health challenge activities that let you collect participation points to challenge yourself or a co-worker
• Confidential tracking of health scores from NU biometric screenings

Registration information

Employees currently covered by an NU medical insurance plan:

• Create an account immediately by going to www.myviverae.com
• Use your employee ID as the identifier code
